Tuition Policies
- Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from September – June and guarantees a reservation for your child.
- We use the Jovial website to manage tuition payments. Check out the Jovial family portal here.
- Full monthly tuition payments must be paid in advance on or before the first day of class each month or there will be a $30.00 late payment fee.
- All fees and payments are non-refundable.
- Tuition payments remain the same each month, even if your child has to miss due to illness, a family vacation, school holidays and breaks, and school closures due to emergency or inclement weather.
- For early withdrawal from the program we require one month’s advance notice in writing.
- We follow the Tahoma School District Calendar. All holidays and school vacations are listed on our calendar.

We have introduced additional methods of payment in our program to make life easier for parents/caregivers.
You are able to pay securely online 24/7 using a credit card with our payment portal Jovial. As always, you are welcome to drop off a check for tuition each month as well.
